About
Warm Plans is me, Nora Hale, and a laptop at a kitchen table. I make digital products and digital art — printable planners, spreadsheet tools and original artwork — and I sell them as files you download once and keep.
What I make
One file, one specific problem. Not a planning system, not a subscription, not an app to learn. Most of what I make starts with a mess somebody actually described to me: eight dishes and one oven, a gift list across six time zones, a December split between two houses. If I can’t explain a planner in a single sentence, it isn’t finished yet.
Spreadsheets are built in Excel and tested in Google Sheets, because a file that only opens properly in one of them is half a product. Printables are sized for US Letter and A4, so the same file works on both sides of the Atlantic. Every formula, tab and label gets checked by hand before a planner goes on sale.
How I work
- You buy a file, not access. It downloads the moment you pay and it’s yours. Nothing to renew, nothing to cancel.
- No account, no password. Checkout asks for a first name and an email. To come back later, enter your email and I send a six-digit code.
- Fourteen days, no questions. If a planner isn’t what you expected, email me within fourteen days and I’ll refund it — and you keep the file. I’d rather have the feedback than the nine dollars.
- A real person answers, and the person is me.
What I don’t do
I don’t write my own reviews. I don’t run a countdown that resets every time you reload the page. I don’t sell, rent or share your email address, and the only marketing you get is the marketing you asked for. If you’d rather hear nothing at all, buy the file and never hear from me again — receipts and download links still arrive, because those are yours.
